REFUND & RETURN POLICY

The Field Dream
We want you to love your Field Dream gear, but we get it – sometimes things don’t fit quite right or you change your mind. No worries!

Easy Returns on Stock Items

  • 30-day return window from delivery date
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags
  • Original packaging preferred but not required

Return Options

  • Free in-store returns (visit our Tustin location)
  • Online returns: $8.95 flat rate (deducted from your refund)
  • Exchanges: Same $8.95 fee applies

What You Can’t Return

  • Custom team orders (unless there’s a defect or our error)
  • Items worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags
  • Personalized/custom individual items

How to Return

  1. Email us at support@thefielddream.com with your order number
  2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label
  3. Pack securely and include your order info
  4. Drop it off or schedule pickup

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. It’ll go back to your original payment method.

Our Quality Guarantee

We stand behind our products with a 2-year warranty from the manufacture date on all items. This covers manufacturing defects and material flaws including:

  • Faulty stitching or seam separation
  • Print cracking or peeling (not due to normal wear)
  • Material defects like fabric tears or premature fading
  • Hardware failures (zippers, snaps, etc.)

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty doesn’t cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, washing damage, or alterations. Think of it like Nike’s policy – we’ve got you covered for manufacturing issues, but not for general use over time.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact us at support@thefielddream.com with photos of the issue
  2. Include your order number and description of the problem
  3. We’ll inspect and determine if it’s a manufacturing defect
  4. If approved, we’ll send a replacement or full refund

Custom Team Orders

These are made specifically for your team, so returns aren’t accepted unless there’s a manufacturing defect or error on our part. We’ll work with you to resolve any issues.
