Free Shipping

Orders over $100 ship free within the continental US via standard shipping.

Standard Shipping

Orders under $100: $8.95 flat rate
Processing time: 1-2 business days for in-stock items
Delivery: 3-7 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx
You’ll get tracking info once your order ships

Custom Team Orders

Timeline: 6-8 weeks from design approval and deposit
Minimum order: 24 pieces per design/size combination (SKU)
Rush orders: 3-4 weeks with $150 rush fee
We’ll keep you updated throughout the process

What We Don’t Ship Yet

International orders (coming soon!)
Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories (contact us for a quote)

Order Changes

Need to modify your order? Contact us ASAP at support@thefielddream.com. We’ll do our best to help, but once it’s in production, changes may not be possible.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your package’s progress through delivery.

Delivery Issues

If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us immediately and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
